Sprint announces BlackBerry Curve 8530.

By: Matthew Pankey November 5th, 2009

Although no specific release date was mentioned, Sprint released a statement saying they would release their version of the popular BlackBerry Curve 8530. No pricing was available, but the phone can be had in either black, purple or red (although I have not seen images of a red one at this point).

I don’t know. I’m still waiting for something better. This really is just a curve with WIFI. Worse yet no flash. C’mon sprint we deserve better than this, everybody else is getting new better blackberries. We are simply getting something old dressed up as a new thing.

My fiancee just got the Blackberry 8530 for T-mobile. It feels cheap, It’s difficult to navigate, and Overall feels like the build quality is lacking. It does take good pictures though. Sprint users don’t get too excited.
