Exclamation Not a recognized mailbox?

I didnít see a support forum, but donít kill me if I overlooked something. Anyhow, when I call my voice mail, I get a message saying itís an invalid mail box. Exact message is:

"Sorry, (555) 555-555, is not a recognized mailbox. 882-2. Sorry, please try again later. Thank you for calling, goodbye."

This happens when other people call and I donít pickup as well, so you can see itís quite frustrating.

I called Sprint about it, and they said they would reset my mailbox, but that had no effect.

Does anyone have a resolution for this problem?

Did you just get service with Sprint, did you just get a new number?

Call cust serv, tell them the exact same thing, ask the if the coding is on your acct for VM

It started 3 months ago when my plan was switched over to an employee plan.
