change in bill due date?????

My current sprint invoice has a bill due date of Dec 13. All other bills were due on the 16th of each month. What the tarnation is Sprint up to now???

There were 2 holidays in this billing cycle! That may have something to do with it.

I'm not understanding why that should permit sprint to give me a shortened month while it collects revenue three days before it should.
Is this happening to everyone this month?
Has it happened to me before and I just failed to notice?

A couple of years ago this happened with mine. I used to pay on the 1st. Now it is due on the 28th/29th, which really messes me up because I get paid on the last business day of the month.

Sprint usually sets the due date about 3-5 days before the end of the cycle to ensure that your payment has time to post in the systems before the next bill prints.

your billing cycle is based on a 30 day cycle. so your due date will generally vary by a day or two each month.

First, nov 16-dec 13 is ....27 days (definitely not 30 days).
Second, I pay online and I pay early... ALWAYS.
Third, whenever I've had to cause to call sprint they always try to offer me 5 or ten bucks off my bill for 'my trouble' or for 'being a valued customer' and I always refuse it since I believe in paying for the service.
This is either a mistake or common thievery!!!!! If sprint decided to bill everyone three days early then they would be increasing their revenue by a gazillion dollars. Do the math why don't you...

if you reread my post, i said your bill cycle is based on 30 days, not your due date.
