Angry Welcome back to sprint......

I dumped my sprint phone 2 years ago after receiving the poor service and zero customer support from sprint. Well I guess the got me because now I am back again at sprint. And with the "new" sprint comes all the old reasons I left them.

This morning I logged into my text messaging on my phone. Wouldn't ya know it my inbox, saved messages, sent messages, phone replys, and signature gone. All gone. So you think sprint would fix it. "Sorry, once they are deleted we can no longer recover them". Thank you sprint for recking the only good cellular company left......

P.S. to any sprint employees that are listening. Veritas Backup exec version 10 works really well. Try it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, I'm confused here. Are you saying that you deleted your messages and can't get them back, or that you didn't delete anything yet Sprint's servers had a hiccup and lost your data?

nextel deleted your messages...not sprint. the name sprint is only for marketing. your iden phone does not work on sprint's network yet.

Should I have left that 'jump to conclusions mat' in the closet for this one?

Classic way to go, so who erased these texts? You sure you did not erase them? Do you have an iDen phone? Why come back to Sprint? Nextel customer I take it, hope that final bill got paid with sprint. Think maybe its the phone, send it to the manufacturer and see if they can get those messages back.

To my knowlege sms messages are stored in your device. So once they're on your phone, they're your problem.
