8300 questions
If this should go in a different place, please move it.
1) Is there a data cable that works for the 8300? Will the cable from the 8200 work? 2) Is there a program that will allow me to transfer my Outlook contacts into my 8300? (I am looking to transfer multiple numbers per contact) 3) Is there a desktop charger? I remember there wasn't one for the 8200, so I am guessing no on this one. 4) If my wife's contract isn't up until April of 2006, what is the easiest way for her to obtain an 8300? She is willing to sign a new contract & would actually like to (to get in on the free incoming plans)..... Thanks for all the help. I am digging the 8300 so far (granted, less than 24 hours at this point, but hey). I will like it more when I get RL squared away....

1) Yes. and yes (It's the same cable I've been using since the Sanyo 5000).
2) I use DataPilot, works with Outlook and Outlook Express. 3) Not sure. 4) Get the 12-mo $75 or 24-mo $150 rebate. Check sprintrebates.com for qualification. Call CS to find out, sometimes they give you the rebate a month or two earlier. (Anyone else have a better suggestions on this?) |

Yes there is one that will charge your phone via the USB port. I ordered this cable from ebay and found it actually does charge my phone while connected (it didn't say so on listing) |

clarification
Well.....I guess I mean something different by desktop charger. I am looking for a cradle or charging stand. Kind of like Sprint used to include w/ all their phones way back when.
Datapilot, huh? Will BitPim do this? I am willing to spend the $$$, but would love to do it for free, if possible.
