I asked this in another post, but maybe one of you two could answer it for me. How flat/smooth is the keypad on the 7400? I have a 7300, and the keypad is too flat. It gives very little feedback. Is that true for the 7400s too?

For me the keypad is flat and smooth but nice and personal I don't have trouble @ all to dial , but now I'm gonna look for the 7500 or the 4930

Has anyone have any pics or specs of the 7500? I also love my 7400 phone but it is now up to a point where I need a new phone. I have lost both sides of the hinges on the phone. The only thing keeping it together is the last middle hinge. I am getting close to purchase another 7400 from a friend but wanting to know more about the 75. Dont want to pay for another 7400 and have the 75 out on the market, you know what im saying?

the 7400 and 5500 were discontinued around the same time. the 5500 was replaced by the 5600 and the 7400 was "replaced" by the 7300.

5600 is gone for the 9000, 7300 will be gone for the 7500

I can tell you the 7300 came out before the 7400 cause I got a friend that got the 7300 when the 7400 wasn't out yet and everybody can tell you that, about dates I have no idea but the 7400 came out last yr. check it out and you'll see. Now the 7400 discontinue and they give you a 7300 for that I don't know , or you said that because the 7300 is rubber too.

threadcrapping, wow.

and this is why i know the 7400 was out before the 7300.

the MM-7400 was a multimedia phone.

the RL-7300 didn't have that feature, they couldn't call it the 7500. so they called it the 7300.
