Sanyo 5500 *Case Problems*
My Sanyo 5500 finally crapped out. I tried to fix it numerous times, and the hunges finally went to ****. So I upgraded to a 5600. The old 5500 works fine, minus the busted hinge...any suggestions of what I can do. I miss this mobile.

well if you wanted to get a case to cover the phone you can contact telesales(if there are none located in your local stores) and if there are any left at all, they can order it for you. You can also see about ordering that phone at all if possible

Case 5500
$350 phone and the hinge busted so easily. Anyway, I loved the phone. I'd like to get a new case, does anybody know where I can get one? Perhaps call Sanyo?

by case, do you mean the housing? if so, the sprint store can replace it all for $20

Only issue is that it looks like you used super glue to hold some of the cracked pieces together........... if so, they may not be able to replace the pieces (it binds both top and bottom pieces of the housing 9 times out of 10 when used at the hinge). Call your local store to see if they have them........... I know mine is out.
