You need a usb cable plus a free program called Bitpim, I easily transfer my pics and videos from my 7400 to my desktop.

I was gonna try the data cable for pix until I realized that with my unlimited Picture/Video Mail you can upload everything to your own Sprint page where you can store everything. You can delete or permanently save pix/vids, create your own albums. There's a limited "Photo Shop" of sorts, where you can crop, enhance/balance colors ect, enlarge pix to approx. 4 X 8. It's kinda cool actually.
