The moral of the story is... wait til the beta testers aka Business Lines get done working out the kinks and then buy the one with the camera. For a phone that is so awesome, that they knew they were going to get high demand for right out of the gate etc... it simply amazes me that Sprint has essentially done nothing to train their employees on how to operate it, they have not given their employees working models so that they have some clue how to fix these things, they haven't even informed 90% (being generous) of their employees that this thing even exists. Sigh... baaaaad Sprint management... baaaaaaaaad management... now go to your room

Wirelessly posted (UPG1 UP/4.0 (compatible; Blazer 1.0))

Heres a couple of ideas. Provisioning takes a few hours to work. Can you make phone calls? I'm no expert, but when I activate my new phones I have to enter my old number in the number portability blank below the phone number for the phone. You should see this when you enter the ## code to activate. My treo wouldn't do anything til I did this.

there is a known problem going on with vision and these phones - I am looking at 4 different forum websites and pretty much anyone and everyone who has gotten this phone is not able to connect. Sit back and ride out the storm is all ya'll can do
