They usually don't offer upgrades like that. Did you check Toshiba's website to see if they offer a upgrade there?

From past experience unless the phone/PDA manufacturer and/or the carrier offers or endorses the upgrade you won't be able to do it. These operating systems are customized as product specific in the case of phones.
