Retention Question... A new one...

I could not seem to find the answer to this question already...

My company has offered me a employee rate with Cingular wireless. Do you think SPCS Retention will match the offer? Or come close. Only thing I know that is against me is the fact that my contract does not expire for another year and a half. But has anyone tried this?

Thanks guys...

Is your company going to pay your Cingular bill? Why can't you keep both?

When I was with AT&T and working for RadioShack, AT&T gave me a discount not to leave, but wasn't as good as my SPCS employee plan, hence why I am only with SPCS today! And since your contract is so new, I don't think they'll do too much for ya, but hey, it doesn't hurt to ask right?! Your company may be eligible for a SPCS discount too.

another retention question

I signed up for a 1 year contract. I do online invoicing and auto credit card payments. I have $60/1100 mins+$10RL, $20AAP+$10RL, $5FCA and 15% earthlink discount.

My question is that when my contract is over, and I call to cancel, will I have to sign a 2 year contract in order to get a good retention plan?

a 1 or 2 year agreement would be needed for retention...depending on what your offered.
