I saw that at least in some markets, Sprint was offering $10/mo Add a phone.
How prevalent is this option ? What is the status of it ?

A bit more... I saw in the paper that our market (Upstate NY) does have something like this. The catch here seems to be that one has to have a $60/mo or higher base plan. Of course, that means that it doesn't make a lot of sense compared to the famous $85/2000min/2phone plan.

Has anyone tried to add on the $10 AAP option via Retention ?

I have a 10 add sub I got it thru retention about 4 months ago.

from my understanding the new Fair and Flexible for familys should launch within the next week and its going to have $10 subs.

Of course that's just the rumor i've heard from our affiliate reps

And free Sprint PCS to PCS. It launches in most markets 10/14.
