Retention Number has changed ....again

As an aside, it appears that the Retention number has been changed by Sprint once again. Anyone have the new one?

I have the same number. I guess an SPCS rep in the group is going to have to answer this one. Funny, I just used this number about a week ago.

Unfortunately, since so many people start to call in on that number, Sprint is going to change it once it sees an increase in calls.

As long as they don't change the customer service number! I would be lost if I had to use *2!

your one stop numbers that you dont have to look up

if you have been with sprint for sometime now you may or may not know about the * features *2 talk to get a rep before you get to a rep just say cancel, *3 to make a payment through your phone, *4 alittle tricky Min of use text shows as min and if you dont have a plan for something and you use it it shows as overage even if you dont go over your min. also goes over your ballance --- it is better to use *2 and get a rep though

as long as people keep calling and abusing retentions it will constantly be changed.

cant afford the extra $0.05 for texts? here's an idea:
collect soda cans! one can per text, if you're too lazy to get out there with a bag and a fire poker that isnt my problem.
remember kids, if you cant afford a cell phone, you cant afford a cell phone, Sprint is not a charity.

sprint changes their numbers a few times a year generally. The retention and red phone numbers were never supposed to be given out publically and when they start answering a ton of direct dial calls they note it and they switch the numbers!

Any customer who has a "high value" to sprint will get retentions by telling claire "cancel service" when you call *2. If your not high value, you will get a regular rep
