Customer Service And The Diagnostics Test(s)

ok so my sanyo rl 4920 has been acting up beeping thinking that it is being charged but it actualy isnt plugged into any thing,

so i charged it last night went to the store today and toldthem im having problems with my phone can they fix it or something.

they guy said ya give me about 40 minutes we'l run a diagnostics.

about 1 hour later he comes back and we fixed the problem thanks for choosing sprint.

ever wonder what really goes on back their, is there like these little people like the oompa loompa's™ or smurfs™ back there running around with sottering irons and solinoids and wires ETC.

or just some really fat old guy that just keeps pushing the keys on your keypad, makes 1 call, plays all your ringtones, takes and sends pictures to himsielf of himself,(USE YOU IMAGINATION) and tells the rep. it works fine give me that other phone there. . . . . . .

i wonder.

actualy i dont think they do any thing in the first place, i mean they have to do something but i dont think that they would actualy fix it i think they just slow it down from being as bad as it actualy is so that later in the furure you can come back and say "HI i wanna purchase a new handset"

Rep."Which would you be interested in?

"THIS ONE HERE WHATS THE PRICE.

rep. thats the 8200 which is 99.99 originaly 150 but we have rebates and stuff like that.

rep. but you look alot like this phone here the new toshiba (MULTIMEDIAPHONE) its a great phone

ok so my story make a little bit of sense doesnt it ?

(None of the events mentioned regarding the multimediaphone or the old ugly fat guy in the back actualy exist, the names were changed to protect the inocent)

i hate my sprint store. every time i go there to get a software upgrade or switch phonebooks on phones. they say we don't have the cable for this(my a680 which uses the same cable as a620 which they must have had!). or an hour and a half later they tell me they couldnt connect it to the system. i have gone in there more than 6 times for stuff like this and have NEVER gotten what i went in for. they need to get their heads out of their *****e$ so they can actually help the customer.

For some reason, I read the story about the fat guy in the back, but I kept picturing Deval. Very funny.

Sorry Deval, I'm not making fun of you.
