I can get $10 credit on my account for each line. I have 2 lines, so I get $20 credit. I don't know if you get $10 credit per line for more than 3 lines, but I know that you can get $10 credit per line for 2.

^ as mentioned above this is if you actually drop calls. I think someone might notice if all of a sudden you have 20 dropped call credits in a period of 30 minutes or so where you just sit there requesting credits just so you can lower your bill. Theres more legit ways to lower your bill. Like finding people and referring them to sprintpcs service and getting a $20 credit that way. If you have more than one line you can use a referral credit on each line....

Really ! People take advantage of a good thing and abuse it. Then in the end, those who use it correctly get punished...

hey its life huh...we should do what Verizon does...when someone complains about dropped calls they tell the customer the handset must be defective because their precious network is the best

LoL... If Verizon didn't want a 500 dep for me I think I'd give them a try. Since they claim NC (Where I live) is 99% covered... I travel though, so not sure how other states are.

You have to think of the possibility of some people keeping a log then requesting credit at one specific time all at once, instead of doing it on-the-fly when they actually receive a dropped call, right then and there.

I just end up getting all my dropped call credit at one time. I always forget to call as soon as i drop the call because I always end up having to call the person back and then i forget to get the credit at that time.

That is a good point. Maybe they should wait till the end of the day to report them rather than the end of the month to do it all at once
I don't care what people do, I just hope sprint doesn't get rid of it because I use it for what it was intended and I'm sure other people do too.

i agree...it should not be taken away because the system can tell whether you dropped a call or not. At least that is what I have been told. Plus I drop way more than 20 calls a month sometimes. I get good service but there are some areas that become spotty.

Ok This May Sound Stupid But Is A Dropped Call Just When You Lose Your Signal During A Call?
