Thats kind of a generic error message they use, but I've found what it is usually is do to is the compression of the JPG file. If you can, re-open it in an image editor and then resave it (you may have to change the compression-rate slightly, just to get it to re-save). Then try it again. For some reason this happens with JPG's, after it saves the file it tries to decompress the image and gets an error. As far as to what ratio to use or how to make sure your files won't do that in the first place, its kind of just trial and error.
Hope that helps.

ok i figured it out. i now use the setting on focus uploader size 132x176. before i was using "do not change size" or "my phone is not listed"
the pics have been coming out great!
i do use photoshop before hand to set the image at 132x176
that way the pictures doesn't tweek to much when uploadin.
all good!

(Third attempt at posting...if this winds up triple posting, I'm sorry; Quick Reply was not functioning properly)

I was recently having this problem trying to download a ringer I created. I had tried many of the upload tools, and also tried hosting it myself, and kept getting the 907.

After I updated my Vision Data Profiles and restarted the phone, not only was the entire internet experience about 80% faster, but the 907 error helpfully disappeared and the ringer downloaded correctly.

How does one update one's "Vision Data Profiles"? What are they? Where are they?

If you go to Menu/Settings/PCS Vision there should be an option to reset your Vision profile. It's kind of like a hard reset for your Vision. If your phone gets locked on an error code, as they often do, resetting the Vision profile will clear that and start fresh. You will still have all of your bookmarks and everything, though.
