Upload a ringer as text?

i was wondering if anyone knew of a script that would allow an ringer be sent from a pc to a fon as a text message. ie. pcs3g.com or myphonefiles.com
i dont mean with the focus uploader. but an acrual link on a webpage on a pc not a wap site.

well there is no way to attact the file to the message (think MMS), rather, you can only send links to the file

thanks for the hint. i was thinking about it the wrong way.

well in order to send a text message of a url of a site striaght 2 a phone u can e-mail it from a computer by typing in your number ##########@messaging.sprintpcs.com then send it and bam it gets sent striaght to ur phone. then u can access the url
