Question INFORMATION NEEDED TO SURVIVE THE TERROR OF SPRINT PCS (read Very Important)

ok first of all i have been having problems with my 8200 since i bought the damn thing, ive taken it back and forth to the sprint store and been calling customer service 888-211-4727

ok they keep telling me that my phone is in great working order, but i know when there is something wrong with my phone or not im pretty sure of it that there is something wrong with my phone.

is the any way that i can destroy this phone in a way the sprint can not figure out how i did it and exept the fact the it was just a deffective phone and it only took so many days before it kicked over and died.

i was thinking to place it in the microwave for like 5 -10 seconds, but can they tell if it has been nuked or not ?

please let me know i hate my 8200 dont get me wrong its the best phone ive had yet but not this one the actual one that i have has a defect but they just dont see it the way i see it,

please i need help im going crazy with out my phone in working order,

let me know what i can do to trick the people at the store into replacing my phone with a new 8200 ?

thanks guys waiting for your reply

So you took it to the Sprint retail store and a tech looked at it and you showed him/her what it does and they still said there is nothing wrong with it? I highly doubt that IF it is as bad as you say they could not find a problem. You have to understand people come in here often asking how they can break their phone and make it look like a real accident. It gets us thinking that there is more to it then most tell us.

You seem a little crazy. Maybe give the phone to someone else to bring into the store and have them try to work it out. The terror? very important? trick them? yeah, that's not going to help your cause in a store.

The screen thing sounds screwy, but usually if you're having problems with web and RL it has something to do with the way your account is set up in the system.

i know it sounds stupid but it only works when it wants to, speaker most of the time sounds scratchy and krinkly, r link wont connect all the time, picture mail works only when certain people send me pics, placing calls only works when its a missed call, somtimes it conects really quick but sometimes it just gets stuck in please wait, also i got alot of dropped calls. . . .

it sounds crazy but its true

If you have to sit in the store for an hour to replicate a problem then do so.

It's bad. A phone that does not operate in the manner that is supposed to is "bad"...or is there something else to this? Why do you want to trade a phone (listed in another thread) that you say is great, other then it not working properly?

If the web does not work, and if the Sprint store cannot get it to work, that is a perfectly valid reason to have your phone replaced, I know I have had this done a couple of times.

The nuking will only work for a little while longer, soon Sprint techs will be opening up your phone..

so the nuking thing really wotn do me much justice ? o and why am i trading, i really like the 6000-6200 its one of the coolest phones made for sprint, and plus im not to fond of the camera phone, i might sound crazy but i dont really see the actual need for a camera phone.

if i can get a replacment from sprint i will trade with who ever wants an 8200 for a 6000 or 6200 sanyo. if i dont get it replaced than no trade will be made

Sanyo's 6000 model phones were great but my biggest complaint is that they get VERY hot after just a few minutes of use.

Your best bet if for some reason they don't replace it for you, and if their tech is like ours, they let a lot of stuff slide but they wont replace anything that passes all the operations tests. Trust me, they would rather replace your phone than argue but they can only do that when it fails in front of them or if it fails a test on their system.

You should call lockline and set up replacement on it. Then you pay$4 a month to cover your phone for accidental damage, loss, theft, etc. They send you a new or refurbished phone for a $35 deductible. If your phone is as bad as you say it is though, i have no idea why they just wouldn't replace it.
