Vision Weather zip code

This is something that has annoyed me for a while, but i never really cared enough to fix it.

If i go to the "Weather" link on the vision home page (on the phone), it shows the weather for San Diego. That's awesome, except I am not in San Diego. The option is there to change the zip code to get the weather where I am, but no matter how many times i change the zip code, its still on San Diego. Last time I set it to San Diego was over a year ago...

Anyone have this happen to them, and does anyone know how to fix it?

Clear your cookies (on phone). Mine switched over from Orange County to La County (Tustin/John Wayne to Diamond Bar) without any problems.

That didn't seem to work. Any other ideas, anyone?

BTW, this was like this on my 5300 and seems to have carried over to my 8200. This makes me think that the problem isnt on the phone end.

The only other thing I can remotely think of is that it may be partially based on your area code and/or billing address. My 5300 had no problems showing where I was at based on whatever Zip I gave it and defaulting to the zip I wanted it to be in so I can't say beyond that.

Well, my billing address is in NY, and I can't even get it to show that zip code...

I still haven't been able to change this zip code. Anyone else have any ideas?

This is a little off subject, but I would suggest trying http://www.srh.weather.gov/port/ for weather, better info and images!

I never did setup my zip code, but it shows up correctly. That tells me it was based on my billing information. Try calling sprint CS.
