at matrixm.com you don't need a data cable they send them as a ringing tone if you don't believe me try it with the free tones. 3588i does NOT need a data cable at this site.

if you want to pay for them you can get some from ringophone.com pretty cheap no cable needed just keep your order # its the password

Help with data cable?
I downloaded some ringtones for my 3588i.
I bought the data cable and installed the software that came with it. The manual with the cable says to see the phone manual for help but there is nothing in the phone manual. My question is how do I get the ringtones to my phone now? TIA!! Catherine |

I have a question about www.ringophone.com. Is that site legit? A lot of ringtone sites seem to be fake, or a scam. I just got the mm-8300 and I was wondering if anyone knew of any legit sites for free ringtones and wallpaper and what not. Please help!

This site offers both. There are two stickies at the top of this forum for ringtone and wallpaper requests. You can also click on the Wallpapers tab at the top of any page to go to a wallpapers section.
You can also use  as there are hundreds of posts with information about sites.
