How do you like T-Mobile

Sprint is getting worse day by day. How do you guys like T-Mobile? What are the pros and cons compared to Sprint?

I left Sprint 3 months ago for T-Mo. In my area T-Mobile has 4gLTE while Sprint is still stuck in the past with 3g only. But the best part, at least for me, is that with T-Mo, I'm paying about $30 less per month than with Sprint, and that includes the payment on a new Samsung S5.

My only complaint so far is that the closest T-Mo store is 70 miles away.

We actually have data that works and SMS that works and calls that work so we are very happy.

I forgot to mention the fact that I can even get service in WalMart.

Sprint was a no go.

I think you know that this site has a fair share of happy T-Mobile users that came from Sprint.

Here's one of the threads you started.

Considering jump to Tmobile

I demoed two iPhone 5S's on TM back in August.
I REALLY wanted them to perform well so I could switch.
No luck. I'm in Chicago and once you get off in the burbs TM dropped the ball.
Sprint worked well in the areas TM did not.
Just one data point.

yes same thing here..their voice/text/data is crap..everytime i called or use the online chat they always tell me "its youre phone you should use youre upgrade for a new phone and the problems will be fix" then when u try to explain they dont listen at all, they say that every thing on their side looks good...what a joke right

anyways t-mobiles network is 10 years ahead of sprints in every way voice is sooo clear unlike sprint and the data is super fast i hit about 40Mbps BUT the only issue i kinda have is the lack of HSPA+/LTE when u leave the city, i live 20 miles from the city and have LTE but if i go like 15 miles out ill be on 2G tho they are covering the 2G area with LTE and should be all done by the middle of 2015!!

t-mobile has a free 7 day trial u can do to test out the network in ur area which u should prob do

A hold will be placed on your credit or debit card for up to the amount of the device and tax. The timing of releasing that hold will vary by credit card company. We won't charge your card unless you fail to return the device.

ewwww thats like $600 or so!!...i wont think that would drive ppl away from doing the test drive....t-mobile should offer a simple android/windows phone that should be no more than $100 hold on a credit card..that should drive way more ppl to do a test drive on t-mobiles network

A year and a half for me, I never look back! It blows Sprint away.

Depends on where you live. I live above Nashville and T-Mobile sucks and Sprint has always been good to me.
