Help me decide - 4 or 4s?

help me to decide lol..If I decided to buy either one of them, this would be my first iphone. I am currently using Android and I hated it...i know besides the dual processor and Siri, does it make a much different? I am a cheapo...so $99 is a tempting for a Iphone 4. 8G or 16G don't make much means to me....

My questions are
1) how much a diff on speed wise? ie performance..
2) Siri - does it matter much? besides talking to it or finding stuffs minus typing? how good Siri is on typing text messages?
3) worth the additional $100? Yes..i can afford it with absolutely but I am just cheap ....I would debate and having hard time in grocery store for a mere 50cents different..yes sad..

The only thing that draw me into 4s is Siri because what I see I have use for it...if it works correctly, typing text message etc which I am driving for me...scheduling etc

You should get the 4s....

Oh well couldnt find the thread - I am too lazy tonight hard day and long commute.

Anyway the 4s has a better camera, you can pick what capacity you really need, the processor is faster and SIRI IS AWESOME.

The other day I asked Siri to remind me when I leave work to stop by the store and get my lotto ticket. When I left work I got a reminder to buy my lotto ticket. Now if only she knew the numbers to win.

It's not just Siri, the 4s is just that much better and will get updates longer.

From the comments in the site, seems to be a phishing site. I tried and couldn't get it to work. Spent about 1 hour with the tips before I deleted it.

Go with the 4s

Better camera and can replace your digital camera

Siri can give you directions, dial calls, set reminders, dictate texts/emails and send them for you, act as directory assistant for business lookups...

Duel antennas ... The iPhone 4 had an issue with the antenna ... Not sure if that was resolved.

I would hate to be tied to 8gb of space! I currently have 16gb and will be going with 32 the next time around.

For all the reasons listed above it is worth the extra $100. This was my first iPhone too and I had no idea of the capabilities and multifunctional platform of the device to the extent that it has replaced all of my electronic devices! That is why I am now kicking myself in the rear for not getting the 32 gigs! I frankly had no idea that the 4s would become my dietary journal, digital camera, camcorder, home entertainment system, computer, document handler, phone, email, directory assistance, gps navigator, and mailing center all in one. Call me naive, but i just did not think it would become all this. After 4 months of having 16 gigs i found myself thinking that i should have considered the storage space i would need for the lifetime of the phone or at least the two years in contract. My whole life is organized on the 4s and that is worth a lot more than $100.

The 4 is the same thing basically. It is a little slower but not super noticeable. Graphic performance is a lot better on the 4s though. Battery is a lot better on the 4. If you're sticking with sprint the 4 is only 8gb which i dont think is enough but that is all personal preference.

Honestly the 4S is a slightly better phone because of the integrated extra features but unfortunately Siri is not a great speaking assistant but it is a descent feature to have when you need directions or want siri to refer to you as Rock God !

I would choose the 4s. It is much faster and I really enjoy Siri. Also the IPhone 4 only has 8gb which is not a lot of space at least for me.

Why not wait for the 5? Then you can decide on a nice cheaper 4S or the 5.

First your assuming that the 5 will be released this year, whether in July or in the Fall, and second your assuming Sprint will even have the 5. Sprint did not get the iPad, which surprised me.

My personal intention is to go for the 5 when and if it is released to Sprint, regardless of where I am in my contract. Just once I want to be the old geezer with the slickest toy.

I would wait for the iPhone 5 only because it is going to be one of the first 4G/4GLTE phones, look at the iPad 3 for instance it is a 4GLTE iPad , I honestly never would have suspected it.
