And I will be not be posting how great my xyz carrier is on this forum. Once I am no longer Sprint customer thats it, unless I come back. Which is not entirely out of the question. Just not likely with Sprints current path.

I don't like the fact that Sprint is changing their discount policy mid contract. Sprint should have given customers a chance. By only implementing it with a contract renewal only. That is why I didn't mind the $10 fee I knew about it ahead of time and if didn't want to pay the extra fee. I could have walked away freely because I was out of contract. I know that companies have to do things to generate more revenue but atleast give them an option upon contract renewal.

Not all that long ago I had Clear for internet.

Their service sucked. Their tech reps were morons. They were unethical to the Nth degree, and maybe the worst company in the world.

I didnt waste time whining on forums about my righteous ass hurt. I paid my ETF and was done. Got Comcast, happy again.

So simple.

If Sprint service treated me like Clear, I'd dump them just as quick. Life is too short to let anyone make me a disgruntled malcontent.

If you think Sprint is in breach of contract, there is small claims court. If not pay the ETF and be on your merry way to a competitor. It is a free country.

Be a person of action. Know you are a person of action. Do as a person of action.

Or there is plan C, the forum pity party.

You are correct on that. If it sucks just go. Which I am. This is a discussion about that very thing. However it does not take effect till Feb. Upon that time I will be calling to port my numbers out. If they try and deny it I will fight it up their levels to the top. If they refuse to abide by their contract, then I will file a complaint with attorney general of my state, BBB and FCC.
If it goes that far, then I will cancel and take them to small claims court for the ETFs.

There is no pity party option. Pity is for suckers and little kids.

I guess not... It's to bad that we can't put in a rule on here once you leave Sprint you don't have to make it your full time job to tell SprintUsers why you left and or chime in on every negative thing Sprint does.

Even when I was with Sprint, I'd check out the forums for them and for other carriers, and the amount of complaints gave me valuable feedback so I could pick the carrier I wanted. Please GTFO of here with your attempts to stifle discussion.

Not everyone wants to keep their experience bottled up as you seem to, and I appreciate those who share.

There's nothing wrong with sharing both experiences and opinions, but unfortunately there are a few here that all they do is complain, period.

There are others here who have left who do give very balanced opinions and I'm always interested in what they have to say.

The fact is all of these carriers will screw you. I know, I've been with 3 of them (Sprint the longest) I think it just comes down to which meets your needs the most and what you can and can't live with.

I have to disagree here.

I have had Clear now for a year and haven't had any issues and am happy as a "pig in mud" with their service in my area.

When I had Sprint's side of WiMAX that is when I had issues.

But, since using Clear directly I never had issues you mentioned?!?!?
