After I was robbed I went straight to a corporate Sprint store, and filed. My replacement is in transit now. So it only took them 4 days...I can't imagine being without my phone for 14 days.

They claimed that they have up to 30days to fulfill the claim if need be.
I was done the same way but try 20 days with no phone. I am now an AT&T customer because of this "hardball" practice. I paid on time and had NO claims until my chargeport went out, which was a known issue with the EVO. Noone should have to deal with being treated this way. Completely unacceptable!

So I got impatient last night and decided to call again and got the same lady who also agreed that they were replacing the 4g with the 3d amongst other phones mentioned previously but insisted I wait one more day. I said ok...go up there today and guess what??? No phone!!! Still backordered and when I mentioned about the 3d replacement the guy said oh no who told you that?? I said that girl right there and he said sorry but we can't do that...I turned around and walked out...I need to cool off before going back after work. Lol

This thread is about Asurion, not Advanced Exchange. Advanced Exchange is shipping Evo 4Gs, albeit up to a week late.

Well my EVO 4 G stopped charging the other day. So I place my claim with asurion. I was told they did not have any EVO 4G's in stock and that I would have to wait. The next day I got a brand new EVO 3 D still in the box and packaging. I must say I was surprised.

And just to inform everyone, asurion does have HTC EVO's in stock. The only question is, is how long will it stay in stock?

Asurion is replacing my EVO 4g with a EVO design and the EVO 3d was not available as an option.

Design seems like a nice phone. The specs kick the crap out of the 4G for sure.
