Your claim has been shipped. Please click on the tracking number below to track your package.

....now I am confused at why it didn't allow me to go through with the Saturday delivery when I was willing to pay the 20 bucks, but it is in for Standard Overnight and will be at my house on Monday.

Question. Is it Asurion who replaces phones when you bring them to a Sprint store because of a problem that can't be fixed? I've never really gotten who's responsible for what when in comes to phone replacements.

Depends. If it's a problem Sprint covers, than Sprint replaces it (Free). If it falls under insurance, than Asurion replaces it ($100).

There are exceptions I believe (Some things can cost money with Sprint, but below the price of the insurance deductible, and Asurion will give you another phone free if the one they sent you craps out within a time period, I believe)

So we know that Asurion is replacing 4g with 3d. I wonder what Sprint is doing. A few weeks ago, my Sprint store offered to have my 4g with the dark picture issues replaced. But I don't want a refurbished 4g that could have the same camera issues and worse. Not sure what to do.

Good luck. I've been struggling to get my phone checked out, emailed some executives & ecare about my issues lately. (started in oct when I had an earful from local store about the guy's drunk driving at Halloween, photos of his barely there costume & stealing alcohol, I walked out). I tried again recently, was stopped at the door, was told their repair was too back logged, so I called sprint support, they offered me a hero...um, pass. I was not happy so that is when i emailed all over Sprint for poor service & still broken phone. So I finally drove 90min to corp store, too many issues so they ordered me a replacement. I called day it was to ship to get tracking, found out it was backordered. Called sprint 800# later in day to get more info, the guy was a very polite ignoramus. So emailed an update. Received great communication but...evo is backordered and sprint under warranty isn't allowing 3d replacements, just the ins co is doing it. The repair mgr helping me called this afternoon, he got approval & ordered me a 3d. They are expecting some Evos end of this week & have a list for replacement requests that will be fullfilled when they come in by Friday.

Now let's see if I get my functional phone Friday...I'm hopeful.

Hello there! So I've been without a phone (EVO 4G) for 5 days (going crazy) because it's on backorder. Oh charging port went bad I guess. I called the store today (again) and they said to check back in a couple of days. I said I've been reading where those phones are being replaced with 3D's. She said yea we have a list of replacements like Nexus S? or Evo 3D, but give it a couple days and if it's not in we'll give you a different one. I hung up kinda like uuuhhh ok...lol so I'm tempted to call back and say I want my replacement now...what phone should I get?!

A user on my account cracked his evo screen. So far its been 14DAYS and no phone. We called today and they said its still on back order and that there are no other phone models to replace it with. I even spoke to a supervisor as well. They were trying to play hardball with me. I don't get it. We have had tbe insurance on that line for 3 years and not a single claim. They claimed that they have up to 30days to fulfill the claim if need be.
