ChevronWP7 Labs will jailbreak your Windows Phone with Microsoft's approval

For a small fee... but it kills the "cat and mouse" game played with iphone. I'd hope to see something around $10.

Then again, I'm not sure I'd ever need it. If anything, I'll spring for the full dev tool for $99 since I'm going to build an app later this year.

What app are you planning on creating?

For a couple of websites.

Looking at rss feed from newsletter, help videos, help documents, maybe blog, contact, maybe pictures, links, and purchase via paypal (have a merchant account, but still use paypal since some people like it).

In other words, I've not thought about it 100%.

I have time since this is part of a marketing plan for the 2011 holiday season.

I'm going to do win 7 and android apps.
