Hey if its still part of the "first cycle" devices that are still launching world wide then its cool. However I gotta agree with theog that this isn't, at least in the U.S. we should have coming to us. Mango is coming in the fall and will be able to support current specs that Android and IOs users already have hardware wise( ff camera etc).
HTC Arrive is the best Windows Phone I have ever used to date, with the smoothness of the update on 24th, I hope Microsoft/OEMs see Sprint as a place to put a couple more devices in our hands this fall. Just looking at Verizons reluctance should give us a boost...

Windows Phone 7 needs a flagship... something people can say "damn". Even if it is some gimmick like 3d.
A killer phone would start out with 32 GB storage... a camera with at least 8 mp... what would be cool is a camera with at least native 3x zoom (vs. digital). For phones without a keyboard, make the screen bigger. Actually, my screen could be a little bit bigger. Make a tv out. Sell the thing as a great picture phone... that is what lot of people want... and keep the battery life!!! Ship the phone with two batteries. When you replace the batteries, it boots so fast, it does not matter. lol Keep the cost of the phone within reason... Not dogging MS... the OS is the best out, IMO. Period. Hardware needs to step up, like yesterday. I can undestand that no one wanted to invest in the 1st gen... heck, I'm not stupid, we are guinee pigs. I'm cool with that... it is like any product. I'm baffled by people who don't understand this simple fact. Even though the product is an excellent 1st gen... :-)
