Sprint Premier Team Member Here To Help w/ Lost Upgrades
Hey all, Art here from the Premier team at Sprint. I posted a reply to one of the threads on the forum about this, but I wanted to let you know so you could help spread the word - I am on Sprintusers.com pretty regularly and would love to help anyone who has lost an upgrade due to the recent changes in the Premier program. It is quick and easy for the customer (they don't need to call Care or go into a store) and it saves us a call in to Care as well.
So if you run across someone who has lost an upgrade, please have them PM me. I can forward their info on to Care to help. And thanks for your loyalty! Peace, art

Just like many others I was due for an upgrade in June/July I got the EVO on th first day it came out...Would I be eligible to get my upgrade back?
