Sams Club Discount

Forgive me if this is posted somewhere I have searched several times without finding a answer.

I have read and been told that you can get X amount a month discount if you are a member at sams club, but when I spoke to a sprint rep he asked for a employee number or something I cant remember exactly what he called it but it wasnt my membership number. Any ways does anyone know what I need to do to get this deal or does this not exist?

Last time i was in Sam's club, there was a sign up that said you could get a $40 bill credit for upgrading your phone at sam's. I've always been successful emailing sprint with my Sam's club member number and asking for the $40.

how often can you get the 40 dollar credit annually monthly?

An annual credit would be a credit, umm, once a year.
A monthly credit would happen twelve times a year.

A $40 a month credit would be incredible. I would be a Sam's Club member in flash.

If you had an 'Annual Monthly' credit, then you would probably get a credit once a year that is a total of the 'Monthly' discount.

Its not a recurring credit. Its only once every 22 months when you get a new phone.

Some stores don't carry Sprint phones, you have to go online and shop Sam's website.

The same think had happened to me. The salesman on the phone told me mutiple time to get a Sam's Club membership and get my 20% discount on my Sprint bill. We'd even calculate how my bill with 3 phones will come to about $160.00 a month inculde tax.
I did the verify form and now after I had signed up they denied such discount was offered. Now I have to pay $205.00 a month. What a scam!!

YMMV! Walmart/Sam's is not friendly with Sprint in every city. Every store is not guaranteed to sell Sprint phones. The $40 credit is always posted on a Sprint Sign on the phone counter. I think they expect you to renew there...I've always been successful sending an email and asking for the credit. The sales rep said they could add the discount over the phone or email. The first person may refuse, but the second or third will give us the discount. I think its supposd to be 2 $20 credits over 2 months. I have started taking pictures of the sign, and you can attach them to the email reply they send you with the answer. To send the email, login to your sprint account, click on contact us, then email us, then make up a question that isn't on the dropdown menu...you should then be at a form where you can type your question. It seems that Sam's is offering the Galaxy S 3 for $.96 on black friday.
