New Plans?

Do you think that Sprint will offer a new Everything plan anytime this year?
What I have in mind is a family one for around $99 with 1000 minutes, that would finally get me to make the jump to the everything family plans since I have 4 phones.

Anything is possible. I'm sure they throw around those ideas constantly, and have to determine what features they would keep or remove from a lower ED plan

Only time will tell. My guess is Sprint could offer a differently priced plan for the Nexus One users.

You mean a 'full' price option so a contract won't be required? Likely so is my guess.

They should go back to the old days when an "advantage agreement" saved you $10 a month and it was your option. But the device for cash and pay $10 extra a month to be not under contract, or take the contract and incentives.

Once you did your 2 year contract, you could stay out of contract with no extra charges.

I would love for my price to go down after completion of contract but don't think anybody paying full price or bringing their own phone should more because the monthly price includes the subsidy which is being forgone.

Why not? Sprint has a guaranteed revenue stream for 24 months, or an ETF for customers who choose a contract. Simply put, "in contract" customers are more valuable to shareholders then those who could choose to leave at any time. A monthly fee for choosing a "no-contract" option would help to minimize that issue, as well as offering new lines of service with a 1 year contract option.

I understand that Verizon doesn't charge extra for a "month to month" service customer, but their prices, on average, are quite a bit higher for everyone when compared to Sprint.

I don't disagree, think they should keep the value all the way around and not make T Mobile a better non contract option. The amount off doesn't even need to be much, $5 will do but definitely not more.

I do hope for a slightly lesser minute family plan as well. I have 1600 minutes, and we use maybe 300.

Same here. They really need a $99.99 family plan. That is a big psychological barrier for a lot of people, I bet it would make a big difference.

If proof exists, it would be a violation of an NDA, or the trust granted from a corp Sprint employee to a 3rd party one to show the proof.

One can hope that it will happen, and that Sprint will not restrict it to certain departments like account services. Even if it lacked "any mobile" I would likely still switch to it if it afforded a savings of at least $20 a month. I never came close to using 1,000 minutes on a free and clear plan and cant see my needs increasing suddenly!
