TEP included in Employee Discount calculation?

If you have say 10% employee discount, your bill e.g. say $70 F&F and $10 add-a phone each gets the 10% discount. So your bill would be $80 less $8 equals $72.

Is the TEP also part of the employee discount calculation? That would mean paying $7 less $0.70 equals $6.30.

Probably not.

Never had such an expensive phone hence never had to pay TEP. Still considering if I should take TEP or just ERP for both my Touch Pro 2.

Odd, I must be a special case. My TEP shows a 15% discount ($1.05 credit), as does the rest of my account. SERO 500 plan, customer since 2/27/07.

Do you only have a Corp discount or do you also have one of the $20/24 or $10/24 credits issued to your account? I only ask because I have a 20% corp discount and recently got the $20/24 on my primary line and $3/24 added on 2 secondary lines. On my current bill it shows a $20 credit, but it's only for $18.74, then under the TEP charge is another $20 credit that gives me $1.26 off. So it totals the complete $20. I think this has to do with already having a 20% corp discount? My bill never showed a TEP discount until the $20/24, $3/24, $3/24 was added. These only show on three of the lines, my wifes line #2, shows regular TEP charge. As her line is tied to mine and we technically share the $20 credit together on primary and secondary.

lol, not to worry, I don't plan to. I have my bill down to $31.45 before taxes, $37.86 after taxes. (For the curious, that boils down to an effective tax rate of 20.38155802861685%, with a San Francisco, CA billing and usage address.)

I lament the fact that I am not eligible for the newer smartphones due to my plan, but even if I can't upgrade eventually, I'll hang onto my TP2.
