I wonder if that is the exact same version of the blackberry OS the verizon model has? I was hoping there would be some updates since verizon's Nov release.

Yes, I have Everything Data Share plan. I am liking this much better than 8330, the trackpad is much nicer than trackball. Gonna take some getting used to thou.

The Verizon review unit on Engadget has .337.

Sweet. Maybe some bugs have been fixed. That will make me feel better about having to wait a month longer than verizon customers.

I thought th epoint was email. Rev 0 is more than capable of handling email. The BB browser isn't the greatest anyway.

yea, true..

but it also comes with blackberry maps, and BBM, which is heavily data dependent now with the ability to send files, pics, groups..

and also what about the emails with attachments? rev A makes a huge difference in viewing large pdfs

Where I live it doesn't matter anyway because we don't have rev A up and running. I can jump on wifi and get faster than rev A connections. So far I like the phone. But I haven't played around with it much. I did connected to my home network with ease. Pretty quick web surfing. Pandora works perfectly. For some reason I can't login to the AIM on the phone. Says service not enabled for this handheld. Not sure what is up with that. I would like the ability to IM.
