First and foremost, I cannot take credit for finding all of these apps. The only think I can take credit for it taking these apps, that have been posted at PPCgeeks and XDA-Developers, and compiling this massive list for you.

If you have any other tweaks, modifications, wallpapers, etc., post them here and I'll get them added.

PPCgeeks Thanks: mightymike, Briggs, TobeyChris and many others.

Touch Pro 2 Applications

Web Browsers:

Opera Mobile 9.7 beta: The most functional internet browser for the Touch Pro 2. Also on the website is a 'widget' software. Its interesting. (freeware)
Skyfire: Quick web browser. Works great on the TP2. Uses rendering on Skyfire's servers, so uses less bandwidth. (freeware)
Dorthy Browser: WEBKIT bowser! Is in beta currently, and has a ways to go... but it is getting there. It is definitely usable, but I would recommend Opera Mobile over it. (freeware)

Communication:

Windows Live: An essential, allows push email if you have a Hotmail or Live account. Is usually preinstalled, but here it is if you are somehow missing it. (freeware)
Facebook: Is a good application that runs smoothly. My only gripe with it is that the feeds are not 'pushed' to the application. Instead if you want to find something out, you have to refresh it. You can upload pictures, videos, update status, comment on other's, etc. (freeware)
FIM: Facebook instant messenger. I love it. plus, it has all of the functionality of the official Facebook client (except video uploading) (freeware)
PockeTwit: My favorite twitter client. There are others out there. I just think that this one is the best and it is free. How nice, no? (freeware)
Skype: Fun, useful and saves minutes if you pay for the VoIP. You can send texts for free through it though. A definite plus. (freeware)
Qik: Stream live video from your phone to the web. 120% awesome. (freeware)
GPS Location: Send your location via text, email or do other things. VERY useful at times. (freeware)
Viigo: Excellent RSS reader. (freeware) ~ Thanks Sino8r
Palringo: All-in-one IM.. Facebook, Windows Live Messenger, Google Talk, AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, Gadu Gadu, Jabber, and iChat on your mobile phone. (freeware) ~ Thanks pcboyy
Nimbuzz: Another great IM client. Facebook, Google, yahoo, etc. (freeware) ~ Thanks potatochip
VZOchat: Easy to explain: an application for video-chatting. (freeware) ~ Thanks JustBored

Entertainment:

Radio: The mystic missing program for the TP2 (despite it having built-in radio functionalities) (freeware)
Kinoma FreePlay: An excellent media application. Although it does use quite a bit of memory- its All-In-One aspect justifies its use of RAM. It plays your music, photos, and video... But you can also access YouTube, stream radio stations, Flickr, you name it! Kinoma FreePlay is free but the upgraded version, Kinoma Play is $30. (freeware & shareware)
Xtrakt: A 3D fun game that was intended for the Xperia, but works great with the TP2. (freeware)
Snails Reloaded: Not free, but definitely worth the $2.99 that it costs. If you have ever played "Worms" on the PC, this game is meant to emulate that. 2D graphics, very fun. (shareware)
Smart Simon: Is the classic Simon game, makes you think. (freeware)
Uno: The classic card game we're all familiar with... (freeware) ~ Thanks ohyeahar
RealDice Texas Hold'em: Free poker game. Can play online as well as against AI. (freeware) ~ Thanks ohyeahar

DivX Player: Plays Divx files. (freeware) ~ Thanks henkreyn
myPlayer: A stand-alone, light-weight application that accesses the BBC iPlayer, ITV Player, Hulu and Five On Demand services directly - eliminating the requirement for a (flash-enabled) mobile browser. Wonderful app, REQUIRES CORE PLAYER to use though. (freeware)
theChanner: Find many internet TV stations from many countries. Works great. (freeware) ~Thanks adribee
Nitrogen: A fully skinnable, lightweight and awesome music player. It is what I use to listen to music. (freeware)

Mapyx: Digital mapping software that works great for UK users. (freeware) ~ Thanks richarda35

Backup:

Microsoft MyPhone: Backs up your texts, media, contacts. Overall useful application if you don't go for Dashwire. (freeware)
Dashwire: Free, like Microsoft's MyPhone, it is a backup of contacts, pictures, videos, etc. But then from online you can send texts from your phone. Its cool. (freeware)
Adobe Photoshop Mobile: Lets you upload and share photos, up to 2GB for free. Tested and working on the TP2. (freeware) ~ Thanks Lord_BlackAdder

Organization:

Microsoft Recite: Stores voice memos and can look them up via your own speech. Surprisingly useful. Worth a try. (freeware)
SportyPal: A nice app to track work out sessions (especially cycling/running) with your GPS. Uploads to a website where you can view your workout on Google maps and more. ~ Thanks vHatch

Remove BT Notification on Connect/Disconnect of headset / car kit thanks to Wensing
Code:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel]
@=""
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Notifications\{607CDEA2-E44A-4528-A2C3-A7DC6B6D824D}]
"AvailableOptions"=dword:00000009
"Default"="Bluetooth warning"
"Options"=dword:00000000
Now go to Settings - Sounds & Notifications and change the options of the "Bluetooth warning" notification.
Grab the cab file Here

Bluetooth: Receive files without entering passkey(Thanks Jzhyok)

By default Bluetooth settings, when a device which is not on your paired devices list is going to send you a file by BT OBEX Push, the BT manager requires a passkey that is annoying and useless. Yet, you can't disable this in the normal control panel.

So, here is the solution:
Code:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\WIDCOMM\BTConfig\Servi ces\0002]
"Encryption"=dword:00000000
"Authorization"=dword:00000000
"Encryption"
0: No passkey is needed.
1(def): Requires passkey if the file is sending by devices NOT in the paired list.

"Authorization":
0: Receive all files automatically without asking.
1(def): Ask for each file if you wanna receive(you have to choose whether to receive or not).

Download the Reg Frag Here

Wifi allways on thanks Jzhyok
Code:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\BCMSDDHD1\Parms]
"HTCKeepWifiOnWhenUnattended"=dword:00000001
To enable 2 way recording just change:

Code:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\WaveDev]"VocRecPath"=dword:00000002
and you'll be able to record with any software.

If you want to use WM6 native recording (WAW only, on \my documents\notes, manual activation: during a call hit "record" on call menu) create:

Code:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\AudioRecording]"Enabled"=dword:00000001

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Voice]"EnableCallRecordMenuItem"=dword:00000001"AllowInCallRecording"=dword:00000001
Don't forget to turn off (and on again ) the device after you modify/create the keys.

HTC Radio

Has anyone got the radio to work? No problems with installation but when i try using the program it can't fine any stations. Got my headphones plug in so it's not that. Tried restarting phone after installation but it still can't find any radio stations. I remember seeing this program a few months back on xda and everybody said it work great on the original unlock version. Sorry about that. I should've axed the HTC Radio app before posting this list. The Sprint TP2 has the radio built in, but after much, MUCH discussion at PPCgeeks (and these guys are hacking gods), it's been determined that there is no way to hack the Sprint TP2 to make the radio work.
