text message on palm pre?

so i got a pre on 6/6. is there anyway to change the ringtone for incoming text messages?! i dont see it under the sound options. its so quiet, and i keep missing texts until i actually look at the phone.

so far this is my only complaint about the phone.

So far there have been about a billion complaints on these threads and Im sure sprints recieving them as well about the text ringer im sure that will be in one of there next updates at least I hope but as it stands no way to change it

damn, i didnt think there was. but i was hoping i was just missing it lol.

I just asked the same question on a different forum. I have a feeling the answer is no, but I'm still waiting for a confirmation.

someone had mentioned inserting a file with the same "name" that the phone looks for as the message ringtone. Not sure if anything came of that or not. I am just gonna sit tight until some software updates come.
