Pre accessories show up at Best buy....

So in the system today palm pre accessories show up... 5 cases... 3 acrylic cases,1 case labeled "palm pre case" and a leather case the other accessory is the "touchstone kit" lists as $69.99... street date shows "5-10-09" (however it doesn't mean that it'll be on the floor since i didn't find anything in the store yet)

Talk about frustrating....there is so much conflicting information out there about when this stupid phone is going to drop that it could make you pull your hair out. I'm hoping that Sprint and Palm end the mystery next week and just tell us when the phone is going to release. A release date has to come fairly soon since they are still saying 1st half.

for info in the next 2 weeks or so on a release date!

sprint has NEVER announced a date for this phone. it's all been pure speculation by sprint users, "experts", gossip columnists and your neighbor's mother.

I never said they did, but there is plenty of conflicting information out there about the phones release. There has been plenty of information pointing to a May 17th release date, and quite a bit pointing to a June 7th release date. All I'm really saying is I'd like for Sprint and Palm to finally come forward and give us a date we can circle on our calendars so all this speculation on a date can end....nada mas.

Yeah!!! I'm getting more excited by the day.

If you can take pictures of the boxes and the merchandise before it is placed on shelves. That would be very nice.

Having worked at BBY I can tell you the in stock date doesn’t mean squat. I could still not show up till a month after that.

How about on 5/11 you go back and look the SKU up and see if it is in transit.

Then i’ll be impressed.
