No, venti is twenty. Large is large. In fact, tall is large and grande is Spanish for large. Venti is the only one that doesn't mean large. It's also the only one that's Italian. Congratulations, you're stupid in three languages.

10:48:28 AM Jeania Thank you for contacting Sprint Technical Support. My name is Jeania. How may I assist you today? Please allow me a few momentes to review your previous chat and account information.
10:48:33 AM Jeania I am currently researching a solution for your issue. To better assist you with steps to troubleshoot your device, would you like for me to call you at this moment? If so, can you please provide me with a landline number where you can be reached?
10:48:33 AM Jeania For account verification, may I please have the 6-10 digit pin number on the account or could you please answer your security question for me?
10:49:25 AM Gerid pin is XXXXXXX
10:50:03 AM Jeania Thank you. Just a moment while I access and review your account.
10:52:24 AM Jeania I am checking to see if the Diamond supports the sms voice feature. I just wanted to let you know what I am doing.
10:52:51 AM Gerid to my understanding it does not
10:53:09 AM Jeania I am not showing that it does either.
10:53:49 AM Jeania The information you listed above seems a little odd to be honest.
10:54:15 AM Jeania When our system sends sms voice messages it will come in as a voice mail. You dont have to call a different number.
10:54:24 AM Jeania do you know the number that was left for you to call?
10:54:44 AM Gerid I went onto sprintusers forum and apparently i am not the only one to receive it.
10:55:10 AM Gerid dm@cm.com has sent you a sprint sms voice message Call +1650-603-6681 MMSN,730b96b, 4086ezIgBxP30//CM.
10:55:21 AM Jeania I wouldn't suggest you call the number. this is the first time I have heard of it today.
10:55:26 AM Gerid Its a CA area code
10:55:29 AM Jeania Let me call the number and lets see what I hear.
10:55:50 AM Gerid it just rings. I called it twice last night
10:56:20 AM Jeania Its ringing for me now.
10:56:55 AM Jeania Not totally sure what this is but we dont suggest you contact those types of things from numbers you do not know.
10:57:10 AM Jeania It just rings and rings on my side also.
10:58:41 AM Gerid ok ill post on the forum that sprint is unaware of this message
10:59:10 AM Jeania Thank you. I have forwarded the information on to my supervisor so he can be aware of this.

Update on Sprints side of this issue

I get the same text too. I got 2 of them today

The number shows up as 9485 and states:
dm@cm.com has sent you a Sprint SMS Voice Message. Call +1650-603-6681 MMSN,778f405,4086eXsMxD3Yw//CM

Could it be a phone/network virus?
