I'm a Sprint Premier Customer

Did anybody else get a packet in the mail from Sprint explaining the benefits of being a "Premier Customer"? They included these TrackBack Tags that you put on your phone so if you lose the phone the person who returns it can get a reward. I had to register the tag and phone combo on a web site. It's a really nice idea. The tags are pretty cool too. They have a rubbery texture with little dots on them they say "I'm a Sprint Premier Customer". I will try and post a picture later today.

Anything else in the packet, what other benefits did the 'Premier Customer' status give?
What kind of account do you have and how long have you been with Sprint? (Just wondering what the criteria is that was used to determine 'Premier' status)

I'm eligible for the $150.00 phone credit every 12 months not 22 months is the big thing. The others talk about changing your plan with no extension on current contract and then something about a free gift on my contract anniversary. I think the criteria is at least 5 years of service with a single plan of $99.00 or more or a family plan of $109.00 or more. I have been with Sprint since Jan 2000. I have a family plan with two lines. Montly bill with all services included about $235.00 a month. It does kind of feel nice to get something for being a loyal customer. I have had very little problems with Sprint. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I believe if you're monthly bill is over 99.99 you are considered a premier customer. At least that is what i recall being the case when this was discussed on HoFo.

Nope. Just a plan old customer with no special benefits.

TracBack sounds like a good idea to keep honest people honest. But you is putting up the reward and how much? I would think the amount would be phone dependent and if you have TEP. Do you think if someone found a nice new Touch or Instinct they would turn it in for a $50 reward?

Maybe the curiosity of what the reward actually is will entice the finder into returning it...

I agree, good idea for an honest person that finds the phone, they get rewarded for their honesty. I don't know that if someone that is less than honest would turn it in, when it might be able to be pawned for more.
Nice though that they're doing that for no extra charge.
