Well I did. It was some kind of automated Sprint customer satisfaction survey. It even had me record a voice message of how I think Sprint's service can improve...

Yes, that's the survey they call you to take after you buy something in a corporate Sprint store. It's their way of checking up on the employees to make sure they're doing their jobs. Is it still offering the chance to win a $50 service credit?

I got it for 2 weeks straight, every night... It was actually starting to piss me off and then finally it stopped... I had even done the survey and all that jazz and it still did it... So thankful its not happening anymore though, lol

got two the other day on my 9K while it was at home.

You'll get those survey calls about any Sprint department. They are random and performed by a third party company to keep track of how we are doing, etc. If you call customer care, tech support, go to a Sprint store, etc. there's a chance you will get one of those calls. Our supervisors then get a copy of the information and our score. Then we either get a 'way to go!' or we get 'talked to'. Every one I have ever had was a 100%. Yay me!
