Wow, I never thought I would return a cell phone in my life but a few months ago it had to happen. Unfortunately, I purchased the Samsung N400 thinking it was a decent pohne with great Vision capabilities. Boy was I wrong. First of all, the signal is more unstable than my relationships. I would walk into a building, it would drop. I would be in my own home and have no signal. I would walk outside and get one, then walk inside and BAM... no signal. I didn't accept it though, I put up a fight and went to the Sprint store to get my phone updated. They updated it, and somehow it got worse. I have never seen a phone before with such an unstable signal. Aside from that, the phone also has a flimsy little joystick thing that looks like it could snap off at any moment. The appearance and design is great for a cheaper flip phone, and the screen is large, but the quality is crap. I just don't recommend this phone at all. I returned it and got the Sanyo 4900 which is miles ahead of this phone in just about every conievable way. I'm thinking of getting the Sanyo 5300 now.
