There are many ways to make payments!

If you go to a SPCS store, you generally have 3 ways to pay:

1) Pay at counter ( $5 charge )
Posts to acct immediately

2) Pay at cash machine w/ cash or check* only! (*ASL cannot use
checks) ( No charge, works like ATM in reverse) Posts to acct
usually w/in 2 to 4 hours (worked in 30 min too) Officially up
to 12 hours.

3) Drop check/money order in box. ($0 charge. Post at end of
day, could take several days to clear bank though)

Third Party retailer payments (RS, ect)

1) Cash payments could post in 24-48 hours, Checks may take
longer depending on banking times. You can be charged up to
$5 at some places

2) Using pymt card at RS could take up to 24 hrs to post, plus
there is up to $5 fee at some stores.


Payments Online

1) You can use Visa/MC credit card or Debit card.
These payments take 2-12 hours.
(NOTE When making pymt online, do not attempt to process
pymt more than once, even if it seems it didn't go through.
You should get a confirmation # when pymt accepted.
You could be debited how ever many times you tried. Wait for
at least 24 hrs to see if it went through. SPCS will not issue
refund of any kind if you owe more than you paid. (ie, current
bill is $120. You pay $50, but do it twice, you may be debited
for $100 w/o getting a refund!

Payments w/ Customer Service

1) Pymts w/ CS will be charged $5 unless online or *3 Speed Pay
pymt options are down. No exceptions otherwise.

Using *3 Speed Pay.

1) Using *3 Speed Pay is for CC, Debit or CHECK BY PHONE(CBP)
(CBP is not avail to ASL accts. See FAQ section for info) There
is no extra charge for this feature.
