I've got the following plan with 2 lines each being the same:

SERO 500 Plan - The one that includes unlimited txt etc.

FIMF

N/W @ 6pm with $10 monthly recurring credit

10% Monthly Discount

TEP

What should I expect? Any issues that I will have to resolve? Thanks for the input.

I was just wondering...

we have 4 lines. All have a 500 free text message addon. (And no, I didn't call in to get that, we were having a problem and that was Sprint's solution)

Unfortunately, when the 500 free texts were added to the lines, different codes were used - 2 are straight up 500 free, and 2 have 500 text message addon charged, and then credited. I've never bothered to call in about it because frankly, calling about stuff like that is usually just not worth the few cents difference in fees/taxes vs the hassle you go thru when they completely mess up your plan.

But with the switch in billing systems I'm getting concerned - I've read that the credits are being dropped during the switchover. Is that true? If so can they change the codes be changed so that all 4 lines are done the same way? Would it be automatic or will I have to find out after getting charged for txts on 2 phones???

We have the $89 F&F plan. 1500 minutes, Lines 1 and 2 have Sprint Power Vision Plus Pack (no unusual discounts - $20 line 1, $10 line 2), the 500 free texts all lines, FIMF, NVP, 15% loyalty (from before NVP), $4 repair each line (which I am considering dropping as each line gets to 22 months)... and an outragous amount of taxes, fees and surcharges.

+1
I'm also gonna be (ideally) upgrading to a Sanyo M1 soon...hope that the transition and using the online ESN swap will go well.
