MY Ensemble migration

well seems like everybody wants to share their story

i got migrated last month. i had an employee unlimited plan and paid $3 for ESRP and $3 for Roadside Rescue with $20 download credit every month.

when i was in ensemble, everything was still the same! NOTHING CHANGED!

oh yeah then i decided to drop ESRP with the online tool when i registered and it was EASY!

and now i pretty much do phone swaps every 3 or 4 days without having to call employee care!

man i hate going to bed early. damn you 8:30 store meetings!

you also had a fairly common plan for employees. the issues seem to come with retention 'Z' codes.

Has anyone else experienced migration without losing credits? Mine is supposed to change from today to 1/24. Anyone see any changes on the website?

I'm being migrated!

Well, I'm out of contract At the end of February and up for a new phone as we speak...so, I guess I've got some bargaining room to put everything back the way they found it if things get messed up!

I noticed this morning that the dreaded migration to Ensemble has started. I bet it's going to be fun trying to get my plan and perks put back together starting on the 25th.

I was thinking the same thing. My time is going to be wasted on hold with CS. I try to minimize my time with Sprint only calling them every 2 years to get more perks.

Tried signing in today and got this. I'm kind of worried about my plan because we just re-upped for two years and were offered new phones (some of which we haven't ordered yet) on our family plan and got a bunch of perks. I hope it doesn't get screwed up. I guess I will update in a few days with how it went!

We’re sorry
We’re migrating your account to our new billing system. During this time, you won’t be able to sign on to sprint.com or complete transactions through Sprint Customer Care or the automated voice system. If you send an account-related email to Sprint Customer Care, we will respond after the migration is completed on January 25th.
But it’s worth the wait
Moving to our new billing system means you’ll:

* Receive our new, easy-to-read monthly bill
* Get access to our redesigned account management website, where all the info and tools you need are right up front.

Please check back on January 25th

You get $25 or $50 bucks worth of free downloads with your Sprint Vision plan? Am I understanding that correctly? Gee I can't even swing free or discounted vision on my phones after 5 years of loyalty!
