Pink Centro and 30 day exchange

I just found out that the Centro will be coming out in Pink on January 13th. My problem is I just got a Centro and January 12 is the last day of my 30 day exchange period. I bought it online with the SERO program.

How flexible are they when it comes to this?

They probably will not exchange it after 30 days. Try calling a few days before your 30 is up and maybe it would be available.

But since you are within 30 days you can return the one you have and buy the pink when it comes out.

Pink is going to be the best color Centro ever. Unless they released a Purple, then Purple would win.

Are there any pictures of the Pink Centro? My gf likes the red and is probably going to get one, but pink could be better depending on the shade of pink.

Honestly, if marketed correctly, I think the Centro could be like the iPod nano and come in a variety of colors.

No, you need to have a phone on the account. It just isn't going to work unless you talk with Retentions now or get someone to sell you teh pink one before your 30 days are up.

Call retentions and tell them you would like to swap it for the pink one coming out on Jan. 13. Maybe they can help you out. If you get it in the system that you will be returning it, maybe there is something that they can do.

I've seen it mentioned several times in various places on these forums that the pink centro is coming out on Jan 13. Has this been announced officially anywhere? Where is everyone getting this information?
