Dropped from Migration.. Did I escape?

Hi,
I was scheduled for migration on 12/3 to 12/6.. but I have not been migrated at all.. I called CSR and they confirmed its still in the old system.. so.. how come the migration dropped my account? is it good or bad? did I escape the migration? I am concerned about all the discounts and promotions I have in my account.. I am simply happy in the old system..

That might be why you weren't converted. I think they are still having some problems with certain codes on accounts. They are not converting those until they find a workaround for it.

I am in the process of migration. I received the same letter saying that i would not have access from the 3rd to the 6th. Today is the 12th and i still cant access. I called CS and they said that it is taking longer than expected and everyday that i call they tell me it will be another 24-48 hours. My first call was on the 7th....

My account was scheduled for migration in November but I am still on the P2K system and I have no discount codes. So it's purely up to Sprint when it will get migrated. I could care less at this point and I don't expect any problems when I do get converted.

Same thing happened to me. I was supposed to go the 3rd-7th, but that came and went. I contacted ecare and they simply said sorry but no yet. I also do not have any freebies or codes so I guess its just a random thing.

I was scheduled 12/3-12/6, but am still on the old system. eCare said they saw no notes on my account that I was scheduled for conversion, but I got a text and a snail mail. When I told eCare that I got:

"I have discussed your case with the billing department and assure you that the account has not yet been scheduled to get converted to the new billing system. I understand that you had received a message and a letter regarding the same. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has cause to you."

Anyone else inspired by their spot on knowledge of their own systems?

I was dropped too.

I had the Sprint2Home, and 50 Account Services Bonus Minutes on my SERO $30.00 plan (still do).

What codes did you all have. Maybe it was a certain code.

i have many codes on my account such as recurring permanent vision credits, FIMF, $5 vision credit, a half price PV plus pack ($10 instead of $20), Free 2nd AAP, 23% corp discount

and i have yet to be migrated, i think sprint is avoiding migrating me

all 20 lines in my name (yes, i was friendly with the SWAC lines, i have 18 of those, my EDRP and my personal air card) are in the new system (Ensemble) and there have been no problems so far. Eventually all accounts will be moved, they seem to be saving the accounts with more discounts, etc till last.
