Mosquito Ringtone

Thats a crock of stuff ........ I played that for my parents, they could both hear it. My mother is 48 and my father is 50.

Maybe it's that file, I don't know. But I have the same ringtone (on my phone as well) and while my parents can hear it on computer speakers, they can't hear it on the phone at all. Meanwhile at the same volume level (you can't turn it up too high, it'll get distorted) I can hear it throughout the house.

I tried it during school as well, as far as I know no one heard it. But, I just found it maybe 3 days ago, so I haven't extensively tested it.

I converted the one found on the other thread as when I played the several version, the one I picked was loudest at a certain frequency, I then converted to mp4 without loss of quality and uploaded it to my phone.. Frickin hear that thing all over my apartment, and yes, it's finally a ringtone I can hear even when blasting music from my iPod.. i kid you not.

if u play it from ur computer it might not work cuz cellphones play at a lower rate, unless u want a busted cellphone speaker ;D

That's funny.. I'm 46 and I hear it just fine. Even walked accross the room and heard it. There's a 27 year old in my office. He didn't hear it. But then again, I use to copy morse code in the military for 20 years so I have pretty good hearing (both low and high). From what I've seen in todays youth.. doubt they would hear unless it slapped them on the back of the head..

It says that MOST adults can't hear it... Some adults loose their high pitches later on in life than others.
