From Mac OSX to Sanyo SCP 3100

I have some song on my Mac, and can convert files through iTunes. How do I get them to my phone? Or, how can I get them to My Content Manager at the Sprint website to download them to my phone? (I prefer free, but I don't mind paying a small fee, as with the ringers Sprint offers.)

u will have to use an uploader i think u can with the focus uploader found in this page
