EVO 3d can't hear voicemail

I have gone to the store and they have checked everything and voicemail has been reset and I can barely hear the voicemail. The store told me well it is just women you can't hear too bad that is mostly who I talk to and they are a large part of the population.

Anyone else having this problem?

I have that with some voicemails but I believe this is due to the low speaker volume. Maybe an update can fix that

There is definitely an issue with low volume on the voicemail. I have the same issue with Sprint voicemail and Google voice. I hope they do address that in an update soon.

Yes, We have 5 HTC EVO 3d's. since the latest voicemail update we have had a hard time hearing the messages. I had to reset my phone to factory and I have not updated the voicemail app as of yet. I sent myself a voice mail that was received on one of the other phones and played them on both phones in either ear and the difference was night and day.
