This is the thread you should read to answer that question:

The answer to adding a new line to get the discount, Sprint would end up opening a new acct with that new line so it can get the plan. You would not be able to get the EPRP plan on an already existing account. I talked to a couple reps on the phone and they all gave me the same answer. I would have to start a new account. I could then do a Transfer of Liability of my old account numbers over to the new acct to be able to get the full plan on the new account.

Does anyone know if when the TOS is done if everything on the account comes with it? Like bonus minutes, pick 3, dollar amount credits (not pecent off)?

I've processed many change of ownership requests and the best way for me to sum it up would be, maybe, maybe not. Discounts, never. Unless the agent moves them over manually for some reason. Its not really policy to move % off or $ amount montly credit or adjustments when another user is taking ownership of the line.

As far as bonus minutes, extra features and perks and things of that nature. Its just a wing it and see what happens type thing. Sometimes there will be erros stating something is no longer in our system and you can never get it back. Sometimes everything is just smooth.

What I would like to do is port out my newest line without an ETF because of the change with no % discounts on add a lines. It turns out to be cheaper even with my discount to just do the SEP plan.

Can I port out my newest line to a prepaid, then port it into the SEP?

If not could I just cancel that line, and get a whole new line with a new number and then do a TOL for my other lines so they will all be on SEP?

I have a line that can be cancelled no ETF because of the new change with the % discounts. I want all lines to end up on SEP.

People have recently had luck getting Sprint to convert SERO clones to SERO for SEROP purposes.

I want to try to have Sprint to convert a F&C Family plan to an EPRP Family plan.

Should I call retentions or the EPRP department?
Should I call the number everyone is using to have the SERO change done?
Is it all really the same department no matter what number I call?

So people on old F&F Plans are getting the new SERO plans? This would be great for my wife.

Sorry, that's incorrect.

People who were supposed to be on SERO, but somehow got migrated to an F&F plan are getting reset to SERO for SERO-P purposes.

I don't think it will matter which number you call because I don't think [i]anyone[i] can convert an existing plan to EPRP unless that existing plan is a true SERO.

SOLD

I'm glad I found this site. I am getting ready to leave AT&T and this plan sounds great. The only downside is that for the three phones we want I have to pay $550 up front and then get $300 in mail in rebates. I wish Sprint did away with mail-in rebates. Why not offer the discount price up front?

Because, as with all MIR's, some people either forget to send them in or fark them up so they get denied. That means more $ for Sprint.

changing to SEP

I'm already out of SERO-contract, but i still pay 30$/month.I want change to SEP plan with 2yr contract to upgrade my phone, changing my plan to SEP means that i wil pay the same amount of money (30$/month) but with chances to get better phone?or i should pay more money too every month?what advantages has SEP? if i want to be in SERO which phones i can get if i upgrade?
you mentioned some thing about credit in your account from Pre-ensemble days.what does it mean?

I personally don't deal with retentions (they tend to look into your account too much and see what else you have going on before contemplating what they will do next). I stick to *2, Blackberry Support, Employee Services, and surprisingly Executive Services (one rep who I call via private extension). Only the executive service rep (from my experience) can add any size credit to the bill without approval from anyone else or having to break it into smaller increments.

3. No, my plan with all the add-ons comes up to roughly $50 and my monthly nvp discount, normal discount, and credits brings it back down to $25. Carrying over a few discounts and credits from pre-Ensemble days. I'm sure the credits (not the discounts) will continue to drop off one by one as they have been doing.
