EVO calls out to Voicemail

I have a customer who gets her voicemail when she dials three numbers in her contact list. The person she calls receives the call notification but she is directed to her own voicemail. She is having this issues on most outbound calls to these numbers. Two of the phones are on her account. She has also had at least 5 people tell her that when they call her, they can hear her voicemail. She does not get any notification. I don't think this is a hardware issue, and wonder if someone has tapped into her phone. Any ideas?

Nah. It is not someone tapping into her phone. Go with the simplest explanation. Wipe the phone. If it persists, check for network issues. I suspect her phone is calling voicemail and essentially setting up a 3-way call.

Good to know. I did the hard reset and no change. I'll call Sprint to enter a trouble ticket.

Did you do it through the menu, the hardware keys, or ##786#?
