They do, its called BoostMobile. Boostmobile you can log on to the site and it has all incoming and outgoing calls regarless to blocked, free or if your being charged pretty sweet call log, but i never got how POSTPAID accounts could not do this? pretty dumb if you ask me seeing how boost and nextel run on the same network and still do not get how sprint can't do it either its major BS.

This is true the detailed billing is free. and the 45 days of all calls that is pretty cool. I did not know this before and will definately check this out to confirm.

I just called my nss and they said there is no way for them to do this call trace. I called twice and asked two different people and they both asked other people and said no not possible. I think Im gonna go with what they told me.

I did not think there was a way to trace a call. But thought the police depts can, but not sure for it at all.

All calls, landlines and cells are logged. Just not sure how long they are kept, maybe 30 days.

Sprint provides a list of all calls incoming and out going on the online bill statement, as of '08 even blocked calls physical number but this may have changed recently, log onto sprintpcs.com and register then look at your billing statement and then call details, the log is up to date for 45 days given it takes sprint a few days to update. From my understanding this is a basic service to all sprint customers. Call logs do NOT appear on the paper bill statements just the online version. Every sprint customer has a sprint email and a sprint account on this website it just up to the customer to activate or register to the site. Hope this helps.... FYI to view call logs you must be the primary account holder of the sprint account.

This is an interesting thread.

First I have free detailed billing (doesn't everyone) but that is of no assistance when you receive blocked calls, or in my case, a call that is using a spoofed number: 231-995-8899. This number is like a rash on the internet (blues bros quote) it is being spoofed to harass people nationwide including cellphone users. I have complained to the Michigan PUC (who punted even though 231 is a Michigan code) the FTC and FCC. Unfortunately the FTC refuses to add cellphones to the DoNotCall list so they can't prosecute under that law but there are other laws including criminal laws that apply to number spoofing.

ATT brought a lawsuit in Atlanta last year against other spoofers who were harassing their subscribers, hopefully sprint will do something similar.
For some reason I had not though to complain to sprint, but maybe that is the next step. It would be great if they could just block this number from the system until the spoofing is resolved.

i had a stalker too long way back.and he actually got on my nerves.he spread my number among all his friends and specifcally told them annoy me.n i used to get calls n msgs all day long.even in the middle of the night.it was hell!! well i met him soon the other way around.ThankGod now the nightmare is over

getting those calls, its truly is annoying..i has a stalker after me too.the BL***Y B8**&* gave my number to all his friends too and told them to annoy me as much as possible.n i used to get calls n msgs all day long even right in the middle of the night!!but i met him soon the other way around!! thankGod the nightmare is over now! really!

lets pay attention folks, this is for calls that come in without callerid i'm glad this change finally came around it'll beat the hell out of telling customers to call law enforcement. This block was put in place due to FCC restrictions in the first place, and if you want all your calls that do show on your caller id, just call sprint and tell them to add call detail to your bill, you can also track all your usage at sprint.com.
